Our house is located 2nd row from the ocean, just 100 yards from the beach. A piece of paradise, this location is centrally located on the Island, while remaining a tranquil oasis on Hilton Head Island.
The Main House
Enjoy this spacious, yet cozy, beautiful 3/4 bedroom, 2 bath beach house. The “La Bellezza del Mare,” The Beauty of the Sea, is situated second row from the ocean. The property is located in the quiet Folly Field Beach neighborhood on Hilton Head Island. Folly Field is a semi-private beach, with gated access across the street.
Our home features a comfortable great room with large kitchen and casual dining area this open floor plan is perfect for family gatherings. The TV room offers seating for 6-8 with a 58" Roku Ready TV. There is an open deck area accessible from the great room and TV room, plus a screened in porch.
The master suite includes a queen bed with en suite bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. There is also a private screened in porch. There are two other well appointed bedrooms that feature queen size beds as well.
The second floor, accessible by spiral stairs, has a loft with a small pool table, couch and chair, and a small extra bedroom with twin bed.
Overall, our beach house is bright, roomy and comfortable. You won’t be disappointed!

The Apartment
If you’re looking for a unique, peaceful and quiet beach vacation for yourself or a small family, then you have found it. This cozy, 2 bedroom, 1 bath Apartment is attached, but separate from the Main House and has its own private entrance. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and is accessible by SPIRAL STAIRS. Please note that stairs may be difficult for small children and some adults. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need at your home away from home! The semi-private beach is located 100 yards away. There is private parking for 2 cars. Truly look no further for a place to stay on HHI. This home was the perfect place for a family vacation. It was spotless, beautiful and so close to the beach! The private beach access was such a dream. There were so many beach items included as well. Beach chairs, wagons and toys to name a few.
The photos don’t do this house justice. It was much bigger than expected with an extra room and pool table upstairs loft area. The house is also in a great area. We have been coming to Hilton Head for well over 20 years and never had stayed in Folly Field but, will likely continue to stay there due to how quiet and beautiful it was.
